I would love to win an place in Paint Mojo course. Can't find anywhere else to comment. I've been out of work for nearly a year. I'm crafting a little but inspiration and motivation is lacking somewhat. I admire your work and have pinned a number of pieces for inspiration. The pictures that talk to me most as the course ones with all the happy students and amazing paintings. Cheers. <3

Posted Pinterest & FB about this course. Will also investigate your book - that may be the only spark I need. But... I'd love to be lucky enough to win.

I am grateful to the people I know. They're the one that bring much joy to my life and I feel fortunate.
I feel fortunate to meet people and opportunities when I am most ready. So, I can see the order born out of chaos (!) and beauty of the universe.
Thankful to have met all you people and Tracy by pure chance, would you believe it!

Another post for the day, this time to say how grateful I am to be able to move ahead sorting out what appears, and feels like 'problems' as well as having the right people turn up in my life to help me do so. Really grateful!
Also, painting has become one of my main activities and I cherish having met Tracy on the web who really stimulated and sparked me into action. Her approach is very empowering.
More gratefulness!

It looks like the post I left for Tracy re travel from Carcassonne for kite surfing has not gone through.
So here it is again:
There is a good seaside resort to practise kite-surfing (for mi amor!) about k90 kms from Carcassonne, called La Franqui.
Here is a road itinary in english below:

Love to you both!

I am grateful to be made aware to be grateful!
What I realized a couple of days ago is that I was getting impatient and frantic in advance about painting something beautiful - like being stunned each time I look at it, like I do with Tracy's paintings!
Made aware of wanting the finished result and forgetting the process, the steps of slowing down, sitting, breathing and letting come to,my awareness the first steps. Which style to go for and develop, how to let go and ENJOY, do I need to shake my body, breathe out the madness, standing qigong may be to help me be here now instead of the time I'll be looking at the finished product! This may sound weird to many...
And I am grateful to have seen this in me suddenly at that moment as I do get into that frenzy in other domains too. So, this painting course is not just about a painting, I agree, Tracy.
Thank you!

I am so grateful and fortunate that my son surprised me with tickets to see the Dalai Lama yesterday!! His message to live in kindness, love and compassion will stay with me always. Without them working in our lives, humanity surely can not survive. He has devoted his life's work to open the minds and hearts of people all over the world to live a peaceful and compassionate existence, and I feel blessed with his reminders as I move forward day to day trying to live in the present moment and be mindful of the gifts I've been given.

Full of Gratitude!!

I cannot see my post of yesterday the 7th although I saw it being being posted at the time. Anyway, am grateful
that the weather is cooling down.
And... to know I can do what I want with my time, in spite of being very busy, like a lot on my plate... I can still go and take a nap when necessary.
I realize this post is not 'thrilling' for others to read but eh this is my life at the moment.
So, I will go and take a nap and am grateful and thrilled I can do it. Love

Tracy, I am grateful for wonderful artists like you who are willing to share your talent and knowledge so that I can learn to express myself through my art. I hope to be able to take a class with you "some day", it's on my bucket list. email: nthomas1204@rogers.com

Francoise Bonhoure said...

Tracy, thanks for your reply I now have an answer to the mystery!

Hi Nancy - There'll be a 'Some day' on 1st September! Am posting this as I waited in February to take that Mojo course as I thought I could not afford it, not ready etc... But in fact after having been acquainted to Animalitos course I saw that I could have fitted in the Big Mojo. So, have started painting in the Big Mojo way inspired by the Book 'Paint Mojo' and the big Mojo (which I have not done, how crazy is that!). I'll go for the Big Mojo this time.
So, in your position I'd just jump in and please yourself!
I am grateful to be given the support I need and most of all acknowledging it.

Love

I am grateful for my health and family. My five years old granddaughter loves to paint with me and we really like your vibrant colours and whimsy style. It would be wonderful to win your e-course.

Francoise Bonhoure said...

Yes, I'd love to win a big Mojo course!
In the meantime I am grateful for having handled a man friend today who has a habit of talking over me, louder than me. I pinned him down with a lot of energy and was able to say our relationship can handle these 'drawdowns', and he did it again so I pointed the fact that he had not listened as he was outside the point, I had not finished talking. He then made a point of making me laugh just to make sure we were ok!
So, am grateful to me to have cleared that with this big egocentric of a man! Am laughing as I' writing this!
Am grateful to have all this energy even after having recurring short hours of sleep every night.
Grateful to be in this (large) painting group and particularly to Tracy!

Having come across Tracy Verdugo at that point, last winter, was very auspicious for me. Am very grateful for that.
I really enjoy how she comes through.
I'd wish she did not make suuuuuuuuucchhhhh beautiful paintings as I feel a little pang in my belly each time; it looks like an unattainable level of beauty for me to reach. Please help! LOL
Please carry on Tracy!
