Keeping it very simple today my sweets.
Woke up with a bit of a wobbly tummy this morning so I'm grateful it seems to be passing and not getting worse.
We spent the afternoon driving from the coast to Revel, just outside of Durfort, the tiny village I will be teaching in for the next week.
Currently I am lying with mi amor on the banks of the lac du St Ferriere after a little dip to take the edge of the 38 deg C heat.
Here is my current view, looking up...
No bells and whistles today, grateful for it all, even the bit where the sat nav stopped talking and I failed in my job as auxiliary navigator and we had to drive an extra 46 kms to the next off ramp, and i tried to get the stupid Tom Tom to work and it kept overheating (and so did I) until I wanted to throw it out the window!
Grateful even for that coz it makes me recognize how much sweeter moments like this really are.
TWO WINNERS TODAY TO MAKE UP FOR MY SUNDAY OFF......
CONGRATULATIONS TO......
Attila Nagy
And
Wanda Milller!
Keep sending me your thoughts of gratitude and I'll keep drawing winners for spots in the next session of Paint Mojo the ecourse all the way up to my birthday July 22nd
And remember....
Lots of love
Tracy ❤️️

I have been following you on FB for a while now after being introduced to your beautiful art via Elizabeth Gilbert. I'm following your travels around Europe and was so excited to see that you visited North Wales which Is about an hour from me.
I live in Liverpool and I'd have loved it if you'd have visited the City, it's on the Northwest coast and was known as the 'gateway to the world', it's waterfront is a Unesco heritage site and we have a real eclectic mix of people including the oldest Chinese community in Europe and one of the oldest Jamaican communities in Europe - I'd have loved you to have experienced it's vibrancy. Carl Jung called it 'The pool of Life'. But then I think everywhere has it's beauty and vibrancy, you just have to look. Which is why following your travels is so interesting to me.
I'm an artist and writer myself coming out of the corporate closet and taking my first tentative steps back into the world of creativity. Your blog and art is an inspiration and a guide to me.
Thank you so much for sharing your beauty with the world.
Lots of love, Maria xx
I am grateful for each morning I wake up and take my first breath. Two years ago we nearly lost my husband and father to our two beautiful children to a virus which affected his heart. Through our difficult times we practise more gratitude daily especially for the simple things in life . Our health is on top of the list each day, having each other to love and support and just the little things we take for granted, nature and walking and having some time to be creative. And grateful I found you a while ago and praying to do your class one day soon ✨💕✨💕 Meri
