Day 15~Thirty days of gratitude

Grateful for synchronicity.... Marco and I spent the weekend in Sydney,  Saturday at the Hay House I Can Do it conference,  which was awesome. We heard Wayne Dyer speak on Divine Love, Nick Ortner on EFT and Joe Di Spenza with a remarkable talk on manifesting the lives we truly want to live mixed in with the latest findings on neuroplasticity  and the quantum field I love anything that speaks of science and spirituality, linking to two together, it satisfies both the mystic and the sceptic in me to know and to know..if you know what I mean I'm sure if I was a more evolved human being I wouldn't need the proof but thats ok I am what I am... speaking of which.... Wayne Dyer spoke eloquently on the words "I am" as being the name of God and of the importance of being aware of those words  when we use them do we say.... I am loved I am abundant I am health I am awesome I am blessed or do we say other things? ...

Day 13~Thirty days of gratitude

So much to be grateful for today.....a beautiful drive up the coast yesterday with a magical sunset some tacos with my love at Guzman y Gomez in Newtown, Sydney....  staying at a very cute apartment in Newtown close to the train station....  The fact that mi amor is actually starting to get used to my random requests for selfies...this one is pretty cool dont you think?  Getting to hear one of my greatest mentors and spiritual teachers speak at the Hay House convention. yes that's the beautiful Wayne Dyer levitating just above my left shoulder whispering words of wisdom... relaxing at Darling Harbour with Marco after a lunch of kebabs and falafels and narrowly missing losing it all to marauding seagulls. Grateful to be with a man who, even after nearly losing his lunch to a seagull thug still left his last two chips to give to them.....  and of course the craftsmen in him needed me to take multiple photos of the comfy chairs provid...

Day 12~thirty days of gratitude

Here we are in the heart of the city, Sydney. Newtown to be exact. A beautiful melange of colour, funky styles, music and food. So many smells assail the senses and everywhere we look people expressing their own unique identity. Fave moment of the night; an older man on a motorised scooter whizzing along the sidewalk, an Australian flag attached to his rig and a high volume speaker perched on front blaring "yippee aye ay, yippee aye ohhhh!" I'm looking out for an exact shade of copper, thinking it might be time for a change of hair colour, but all around I see heads in lime green, fuschia, purple! Becoming a redhead almost seems boring, staid, when you're in Newtown. We're tucked up now in our cute airbnb studio behind one of the beautiful historic terrace houses that line the streets. Mi amor and I, solo... Tomorrow we are heading to Darling Harbour to see Wayne Dyer speak as part of the Hay House "I can Do it" Convention......very grateful fo...
