Hi beautiful people!
Well, I missed a few days so have some catching up to do.
Life sometimes gets in the way of blogging but never in the way of gratitude!
Come on!
Lets take a walk in the garden...Spring has officially spring here in Australia and I am always grateful to welcome my favourite season :)
still lots of oranges, limes and grapefruits on the trees and I'm grateful for this bounty and the fresh juice Marco makes most mornings....
the daisies are growing wild and beautiful...just like you!
Vitamin C and Vitamin D all in one pic!
Little seedlings of coriander (cilantro) emerge from the mulch all by themselves, self seeded from last years crop.....
seaside daisies front and back!
the front garden..an oasis of green :)
welcome Spring! Come on in!
a riot of azaleas on the front deck....
beams of sunlight making the plants and me smile :)
and to make it official...the first leaf buds on the dwarf mulberry tree!!
“I thank you God for this most amazing day, for the leaping greenly
spirits of trees, and for the blue dream of sky and for everything which
is natural, which is infinite, which is yes.”

One of the reasons I didn't get to blog over the weekend was that I was far too busy having fun in a leafy beachside suburb of Sydney named Avalon.....
On Friday afternoon I checked into my cute airbnb cabin, wandered down to the village centre, ordered a delish veggie pizza and enjoyed it with a glass of red before tucking myself in for an early night in anticipation of a wonderful Paint Mojo weekend........
I am so grateful that I get to meet so many amazing women on their own creative journeys
and that I get to share their smiles
their amazing explorations...
community...sharing...
and the blossoming of new friendships....
truly grateful to witness personal stories unfold organically....
in tides of happy....
and to be able to share in the same process as my own paintings begin to talk....
and evolve in front of the class....
it feels vulnerable at times to be the teacher and not know where I'm heading but there is beauty in sharing our vulnerabilities....
I'm so grateful to Mandy Kopelke for hosting me so wonderfully and for Clare Gordon who was also a great help over the weekend! I am always indebted to my awesome hosts around the world!
One thing that I am really grateful for is that as my workshops evolve I am finding new ways to encourage my students to make their own choices and let their paintings speak to them and guide them...more and more at the end of the weekend the array of paintings takes my breath away....
all so different and unique...from moody and mystical
to magically whimsical!
The lovely Suzi Poland wrote a great post about all of our weekend fun on her blog here. Thank you Suzi!
Love this pic from Suzi's blog of the group enjoying dinner.
Look at the love heart in the centre of the group! ♥

spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit”

Last but not least I'm grateful for a very special surprise that arrived in the mail from my friend Kristin Hyde across the ditch who customised some of my art onto beautiful heart necklaces and brooches, just for me to wear when I'm on the road. Thank you Kristin! I love presents!
“(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud and the sky of the
sky of a tree called life;which grows higher than the soul can hope or
mind can hide) and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart i
carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)~ E.E. Cummings”
What are you grateful for today. Leave me a little note. I'd love to know and for every comment on my thirty days of gratitude blog you get a chance to win an original painting which I will be drawing just before I leave for the U.S.
Have a wonderful day everyone!
Until tomorrow
Lots of love
Tracy xoxo

of the group with the love heart.
I saw that right away.
Beautiful ladies.
Beautiful photograph.
Goodnight.
Today I am practising gratitude all day as the autumn moves nearer and the fruits and veggies proliferate in my allotment. I will say how grateful I am to the ability to grow them in times of austerity and also I am so grateful for the women and children that I shared a wonderful walk with yesterday in Middle England's Attingham Park amongst the deer and two hundred year old trees. The sun shone on our faces and we laughed. X
